Business Function
The HR function is responsible for delivering the end to end Human Resources services across the business. The function comprises of all operational people services from administration through to strategic policy including specialist areas such as Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Talent, Resourcing, Reward, Payroll and Benefits. A stand-alone HR function that is capable of delivering world class people services across the employee life cycle including policies, frameworks, processes and systems to determine people plans and priorities.
Role Summary
The Administrator is responsible for a good candidate and manager experience in the early stages of the recruitment process in terms of c.v. reviewing, shortlisting and arranging interviews, then post interview ensuring feedback is given.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
  • Understanding the business area to be able to review external c.v.’s against job requirements for positions that have been advertised in a speedy manner
  • Liaison with the hiring manager over candidates, shortlists and interviews
  • Extensive liaison with the offshore team in managing the offer process
  • Liaison with the vetting team(s)
  • Working extensively with the Talent Acquisition Manager covering the business area and also the HR Business Partners and HR Director
  • Arranging interviews on behalf of managers in a timely manner and gathering feedback post interviews to ensure the candidate has a good EQ experience
  • Use of Workday in order to ensure recruitment processes are followed
Skills & Knowledge and Qualification:
  • Previous use of applicant tracking systems is essential (Workday desirable but not essential)
  • MS Office skills – specifically excellent excel skills
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Flexible and positive approach
  • Can-do attitude!
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good organisational skills
  • Used to working in a fast past demanding environment
