The Role

This is a newly created opportunity. The successful Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer journey in our fast paced, professional firm.

The Customer Service Manager will ensure that any issues are resolved effectively and efficiently and will take responsibility for implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience and the reputation and on-going success of the business.

You will be responsible for managing a dedicated client service team who will represent our professional, award-winning law firm as the first point of contact between our organisation and our valued clients. You will ensure they provide first class customer service to not only our clients, but our independent financial advisors “IFAs” alike.

Requirements for Customer Service Manager

• A good level of education (A level or above)
• Managerial Experience & proven leadership skills
• Working within a service driven environment
