• Some experience in an customer service/ administrative role
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Task oriented, with a customer service orientation
• Flexible – able to pivot quickly as needed in this fast-paced environment
• Able to work Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm. (some flexibility available)

• Schedule deliveries
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
• Scan and print documents
• Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned
