Our client is seeking a fully bilingual Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position supports the operations of the company by collecting past-due accounts in a manner that is courteous and professional. If you have previous experience in a collections position – apply now! We’re hiring right away for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment.
- Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and the status of accounts.
- Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers.
- Prepare files, respond to general inquiries.
Requirements:
- 2 + years experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in French, as well as English is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative.
- Must be able to work remotely.
