Responsibilities:
Prepare daily reports.

Process mail and packages.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Answer emails and handle customer service requests.

Speak with customers over the phone.

Greet customers professionally when they arrive at the facility.

Working with supervisors to escalate requests as needed.

Data entry.

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Must be available for the shift of 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (overnight).

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role is required.

Experience in warehousing or transportation is an asset.

Must have own means of transportation.

Excellent customer service skills.

Organized, professional, and personable.

Competent with Word, Excel, and learning new software.
