Responsibilities:
Prepare daily reports

Process mail and packages

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Answer emails and handle customer service requests

Speak with customers over the phone

Greet customers professionally when they arrive to the facility

Working with supervisors to escalate requests as needed

Data entry

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role is required

Experience in warehousing or transportation is an asset

Available for shift of 8:00am – 4:00pm Wednesday – Sunday

Must have own means of transportation

Excellent customer service skills

Organized, professional and personable

Competent with Word, Excel, and learning new software
