You will not be required to cold-call or sell anything, just provide awesome support! This position is open to residents of Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. This full-time position is remote and requires you to provide your own equipment in your home office.

Qualifications:
Customer service experience in a similar role.

Comfortable speaking on the phone.

Possess home office equipment sufficient to meet the job requirements.

Courteous and professional phone presence.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Self-directed, and able to work well independently.

Responsibilities include:
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone.

Understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding.

Assist clients with troubleshooting technology, following steps outlined in your training.

Escalate customer concerns to technical support as required.

Satisfy customers, leaving them feeling that they have been helped and understood.
