We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and customer service-oriented professional to fill the role of receptionist for our downtown Investment Management client on a long-term basis. This temp to perm arrangement means an opportunity for a permanent position for the right fit. Apply now if you have corporate reception experience – we’re hiring right away.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering and directing phone calls.

Booking meeting rooms, filing, and copying/scanning.

Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering accordingly.

Caretaking of lobby area, receptionist desk.

Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
2 or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment.

Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience operating a multi-line phone system.

Self-motivated and able to work well independently.

Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining professional composure.

Polished and professional in presentation.
