Responsibilities:
Manage data and ERP for all incoming orders

Maintaining sales orders

Order entry + proposal approvals

Communicate with customers effectively through phone and email

Help solve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner

Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience

Requirements:
Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset

Working knowledge of ERP systems

Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced environment

Highly skilled with MS Office including Excel

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills

Strong in project management
