Role Overview

• Actively recruit to support/maintain effective staffing levels
• Drive a direct sourcing strategy filling all possible roles directly.
• Build a pipeline of talent in support of business growth
• Drive the localised EQUANS ANZ Employee Value Proposition as set by EQUANS Global HR.
• Use varied sourcing techniques to engage and secure passive and active candidates
• Build brand profile by engaging with prospective employees via social media
• Track and monitor hiring and tracking recruitment spend overall (e.g. time-to-hire)
• Partner with Senior Management to determine future hiring needs in line with new contractual requirements
• In conjunction with HR BP’s, engage with Tertiary Institutions to promote ENGIE Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Graduate opportunities
• Implement and manage an appropriate candidate management system as selected by EQUANS Global HR team, being the local SME.
• Drive the hiring process, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in interviews for key roles
• Support HR team in the offer and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years experience, in either agency and internal recruitment
• Experience working in a high volume fast-paced environment
• Ability to build a pipeline of talent
• Great attention to detail and time management skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Experience in recruitment of technical or trades roles at a National level would be desirable
