The Role
In this full-time 12 month fixed-term role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for leading Epworth’s internal Talent Acquisition team and function, both strategically and operationally to source, attract and secure great talent to meet current and future workforce needs. You will be part of a highly regarded People & Culture department and report into the Group Director Workforce.
You will make an impact by:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals and executing the TA strategy, including driving key strategic and operational initiatives and projects for Epworth
Overseeing the implementation and embedding of the newly created centralised end-to-end recruitment “One Epworth Talent” model
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that current and future workforce requirements are met ahead of time and in line with budget
Delivering an optimised, streamlined and efficient recruitment process for candidates and hiring mangers, including a focus on consistent messaging and employer branding and an engaged and streamlined candidate journey
Rolling up your sleeves and delivering end-to-end recruitment support to a range of internal Business Units
To be successful in this role…
You are an engaging and experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to easily influence, build relationships and earn the trust and respect of your team, colleagues and senior stakeholders. Previous project and change management experience, together with a continuous improvement mindset enables you to identify opportunities and implement solutions to enhance the talent acquisition experience. Quick to roll up your sleeves, you are described by your peers as being dedicated, solutions-focused, innovative and collaborative.
You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business or a related field
Proven end to end recruitment experience and expertise with a successful track record of implementing sourcing and attraction methodologies through a variety of different channels, ideally in healthcare
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business/commercial acumen
