The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of talent acquisition-related administration and operational activities in this full-time, 8-month fixed-term role. You will be part of a Talent Acquisition team as well as a larger highly regarded People & Culture team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The role will centre on assisting TA Consultants with their day-to-day activities and serving as the first point of contact for all general inquiries.
The position provides a great deal of flexibility as well as numerous opportunities to learn and grow in your career. We welcome recent graduates who want to join our team, be mentored, and learn new skills. You will be able to bring your experience to the team and hit the ground running if you are a seasoned co-ordinator. The role offers a lot of variety and the chance to make your mark in your career.
Key Responsibilities in the role
Supporting and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for the Talent Acquisition team, including coordinating recruitment campaigns
Liaising with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing high quality customer and candidate care
Coordinating regular Assessment Centres to ensure they are run smoothly and effectively
Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing the Talent inbox, responding to general enquiries

A natural communicator, you have a strong and engaging style that enables you to build effective working relationships with your colleagues, key stakeholders and candidates. You have excellent time management skills, are able to manage multiple priorities and have a keen eye for detail. Flexible in your approach, you take initiative and see where improvements can be made.
You will have
Previous experience in a HR or TA/Recruitment Coordinator role or similar administrative environement
Exceptional customer service, communication and writing skills
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Work Proactively and with think on your feet
