The Role

An exciting opportunity to join a committed and supportive Talent Acquisition team with both operational and project-based talent acquisition responsibilities. You will be responsible for proactively collaborating with clinical stakeholders to ensure that current and future workforce requirements are being met and will lead various clinical portfolios with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.

A key way in which you will make an impact is by providing an exceptional stakeholder experience where you will delight your customers.

To be successful in this role…

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proactive and consultative approach.

You will bring:
Exceptional planning and organisational skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Experience with proactive sourcing strategies and candidate engagement

Strong judgement and discretion

Internal or agency health professional talent acquisition experience

A clinical background while not essential, would be well regarded
