We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell our social media management services to local businesses. This is a commission-based position that allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires exceptional sales skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, generate leads, and identify potential clients who can benefit from our social media management services.
• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Understand clients’ needs and objectives, and effectively communicate how our social media management services can address their specific business goals.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback from clients to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in selling digital marketing services or related products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their functionalities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment and leverage digital communication tools effectively.
• A passion for social media marketing and a genuine interest in helping local businesses succeed in the digital landscape.

Note: This position is commission-based, with no fixed salary. Compensation will be determined by the number of successful sales and the revenue generated.
