EPM Partners Hiring for Delivery Manager at Australia Full Time

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing team (www.pmo365.com).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience managing a team of Functional Consultants and Developers to deliver business

solutions

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to lead and influence

stakeholders

• A demonstrated understanding of the Project & Portfolio Management Domain (ideally

certified in MSP/SaFE/Agile/Scrum/P3O/MoP)

• Experience with project management systems, tools, and processes and how these are

practically used in a PMO or project management environment. Relevant tools include Clarity,

Primavera, MS Project, SharePoint, Project Server/Online, Power BI, Teams, JIRA, Visio, DevOps, and the Power Platform.

• Preferred: Exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power

Automate (Flow), CDS and Dynamics

Key responsibilities will include:

• Establish and maintain a product roadmap in collaboration with the allocated accounts
• Run the daily stand-up with the team and ensure the delivery of the agreed sprint scope

within the agreed timeline (sprints)

• Work with the clients through escalations
• Contribute to team member’s performance review and development/training plan
• Contribute to internal process and technology continuous improvement
• Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities
