About The Role
Hello!..we are Eploy, a fast-growing SaaS company. We are looking for an experienced Software Implementation/Project Manager/Consultant to join our busy Implementation Services Team to manage the roll-out of our award-winning software into a wide range of customers.
Our software manages the in-house recruitment processes of companies ranging from 250 employees to well over 100,000 – we also provide solutions for the public sector, university and recruitment agency markets. You will be reporting to our Head of Implementation Services and working closely with our sales team, account management team and development teams to ensure we deliver projects on time and on budget.
As a Software Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the successfully implementing our software into the Recruitment and HR functions of a wide range of customers.
This will include:
- Understanding customer requirements and managing the project scoping process.
- Creating project plans and scheduling workload.
- Configuring the customers system appropriately.
- Demonstrating software functionality and processes, becoming a subject-matter expert.
- Setting and maintaining realistic client expectations.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the right standard, within budget and within the agreed timescales.
About You
You’ll have at least three years experience of managing software implementations in a structured environment coupled with strong client management skills. Or alternatively have implemented software in house from an end-users perspective.
You will have excellent administrative, time management, organisation and communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will be able to work closely with our sales, account management and development teams to ensure that project scopes are accurately defined and delivered.
It would be great if you:
- Have experience of managing software implementations.
- Have experience within the recruitment and/or HR sector in general would also be highly advantageous.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can build relationships with people at multiple levels within an organisation.
- Are highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.
