We are looking for a Talent Acquisition superstar to help us, as we continue to scale. We are a Practitioner led Business Agility and Lean-Agile Transformation Consultancy. We coach at all levels of a business to inject lean start-up culture into the enterprise, creating work environments that people love! Our customer portfolio includes large-scale household names and smaller/leaner organisations throughout Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.

An outline of the role is as follows:

Pipelining Talent*

• Input into hiring strategy and development of the Talent Acquisition Pipeline in all of our business regions
• Working with our tribe across the business to ensure that the talent pipeline strategy is executed and successfully delivered.
• Devise and implement a range of sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants including the proactive identification and “head hunting” of top tier candidates.
• Ensure that candidates that have been identified through the pipelining activities and become champions for our brand while remaining “warm”.
• Ensure a reasonable percentage of the talent identified in the pipeline will take up job offers with EPiC when they become available.

Recruitment

• Coordinate with leaders and sales to understand staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
• Pro- actively source applicants through online channels such as LinkedIN and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Drive the entire tribal hiring process end-to-end from brief to hire. This includes preparing contracts and salary negotiations.
• Scheduling of interviews, and conducting candidate screening & reference checks.
• Onboarding and induction process for all new staff.
• Maintain HRIS systems with people and pipeline information (BambooHR).

Employment Branding

• Represent EPiC in the employment market and strengthen the position of the EPiC brand
• Monitor sites such as Glassdoor for insights on employment brand.
• Write and place quality, targeted advertisements, ensuring all advertising and promotion reflects the EPIC brand.

Leadership Support

• Monitor and renew all internal agreements for contract staff members.
• Build and manage relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide advice to leadership regarding screening and selection.
• Provide feedback and insights on the employment market

Ideally you will have the following skills, behaviours and experience

• You are an experienced pro-active talent acquisition specialist or an agile consultant wishing to join a progressive talent team.
• You are skilled with social media in a talent acquisition context
• An advanced user of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Recruiter a must, Insights preferable)
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• You are curious, love to ask questions and loves people
• You have a people first attitude – and an incredibly strong desire to make an impact in a business that cares for its people
