Epic Games Hiring for Architectural Drafter / Revit Operator (Remote) at Kirksville, MO Full Time

Must be proficient in AutoCad 2006 or newer, Autodesk Revit or another brand of 3D CAD software is a plus. Will need working knowledge of cabinetry planning techniques with electrical/plumbing services, experience with laboratories and/or kitchens is a plus. The candidate should be knowledgeable in drafting disciplines including revision control, standardization, and blocks.
Specific Responsibilities

• Generate plan and elevation drawings with our product line to closely match a projects requirements.
• Optimize the use of standard products to meet the unique needs of a facility.
• Understand and interpret AIA (American Institute of Architects) standard project specifications and drawings.
• Generate Charge & Credit lists of variations to a project based upon red lines and revisions.
• Understand the project budget and draw in accordance with that budget.
• Knowledge of the needs of plumbing and electrical features for access, space, and coordination with specialized trades.
• Ability to design unique features is a plus.
• Have a working knowledge or aptitude to learn Autodesk Revit BIM software to generate MEP blocks with tie in points for integration to project models.

Knowledge:
AAS in architectural drafting or equivalent architectural drafting experience.
Experience: 5+ years experience in architectural design. Proficient in AutoCad 2006+, Autodesk Revit, MS Office software platforms. Understand the basics of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing applications in architecture. Advanced knowledge of these topics is a plus.
