About the role:

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in the build of global talent pipelines of talented Agile Coaches with EPiC Attributes
• Advertising, utilising social media, linkedin and other appropriate platforms
• Conducting the first-round screening to shortlist candidates
• Arranging interviews with the EPiC tribe and Directors
• Conduct reference checks, and provide various support in the later stages of the recruitment process

Onboarding

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process including;
• Coordinating the setup of our systems
• Coordinating first day instructions and meetings
• Provision of company assets, EPiC T-Shirt, and stationary kit
• Provide ongoing support to our new starters where necessary

People & Culture

• Provide support in the organising of EPiC internal events (breakfasts, showcases, offsites, social events etc.)
• Provide support in various People & Culture initiatives as set by the team including but not limited to;
• Administration of Employment Contracts & Renewals
• Employee Wellbeing & Employee Assistance programs (EAP)
• Diversity & Inclusion programs
• International Mobility
• Development of employee benefits and initiatives
• Provide administrative support across the Global Talent and Culture Team

What you bring…

• At least 2 years of experience in a Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team
• You have demonstrated experience and are comfortable with utilising and maintaining ATS & HRIS systems
• You are organised, with attention to detail being one of your superpowers
• You are an articulate storyteller with people at all levels in both a written and verbal sense
• You are an awesome human – we’re a team built on trust and support, we have each other’s backs and work as a team.
• You are an amazing communicator – you have empathy and can put yourself in the shoes of our people and those who wish to be a part of our community.
• You’re a do-er and self-starter. You have initiative and know how to get things done, ie we don’t micromanage people here, however you will have all the support you need and want to be set up for success!
