JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an organized, self sufficient, highly accurate and trustworthy Accounting Specialist to oversee and manage bookkeeping, with integrity and expertise in all accounting related areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Month end procedures, including postings and reconciliations, journal entries, etc.
  • Routine reports and data entry for KPI dashboards
  • Handle customer credit management, including collections, reporting and set up of new accounts
  • Capable and knowledgable of preparing and understanding of Financial Reports
  • Limited HR duties, preparing documents, management of office supplies, and may be involved in special projects and other accounting and administrative tasks

SKILLS

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs with emphasis in Excel
  • Experienced in accounting software
  • High degree of attention to detail; ability to multi task
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
