The Company

Our client is a well-respected European pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical company, they have a range of exciting products that are highly regarded by Specialists and Customers in the facial aesthetic arena. In a phase of phenomenal growth, they are making their presence felt in the Australian market. This is a newly created permanent position.

About the Role

• Responsible for the strategic marketing plan and implementation of the company’s digital, social media & customer engagement plan
• Based in North Sydney, the expectation is to be in the office 2 days per week
• Customers – Health Care Professionals, Consumers, Dermatologists, and Aesthetic medicine Practitioners
• Responsible for development & execution of the strategic digital marketing plan to B2B and B2C audience
• Localisation of global strategy & managing key local priorities/projects
• Uphold professional standards and ensure compliance to local & company regulations

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in digital marketing & social media, strong digital skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong background in cosmetic, skincare or consumer marketing
• Autonomous individual who demonstrates initiative & a hands-on approach
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Dynamic, motivated and passionate about this exciting therapeutic area
• Experience with Salesforce, Omnisend, Shopify and/or WordPress would be a distinct advantage but not essential
• Capable of content creation, creative copywriting and execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish
