RARE opportunity for experienced & high performing medical device or pharma rep to move into the fast growing facial aesthetics world in a BDM role.

This position is available due to growth in their aesthetic medicine business.

The Role:

As the Business Development Manager you will:

• Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive outcomes
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territory
• Assist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investment
• Manage the key accounts in South East Metro Melbourne by effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales
• Build commercial relationships with key accounts that result in increased revenue
• Work collaboratively with the other BDMs in VIC, company trainers and other internal and external stakeholders

About you:

• Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business
• Previous proven success selling pharmaceuticals or medical devices to healthcare providers viewed favourably
• Experience in aesthetics not necessary but passion for facial aesthetics/beauty is!
• Have a strong business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive results
• Be energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative along with a strong customer focus
• Successful team player with an absolute passion for aesthetics
