EPHealthcare Hiring for Business Development Manager at Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Full Time

THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION

RARE opportunity for experienced & high performing medical device or pharma rep to experience the fast growing facial aesthetics world in a BDM role.

The Company

This well respected, global Aesthetic company are renowned for its focus on patient care, education and support of its customers. They create pharmaceutical products and technologies that drive the advancement of aesthetic medicine and are renowned for their family-like culture and supportive team environment; this is a happy workplace. This position is available due to the current BDM taking 6 months leave.

The Role:

As the Business Development Manager you will:

• Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive outcomes
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territory
• Assist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investment
• Manage the key accounts in Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Northern Rivers by effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales
• Build commercial relationships with key accounts that result in increased revenue
• Work collaboratively with the other BDMs, company trainers and other internal and external stakeholders

About you:

• Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business
• Previous proven success selling pharmaceuticals or medical devices to healthcare providers viewed favourably
• Experience in aesthetics not necessary but passion for facial aesthetics/beauty is!
• Have a strong business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive results
• Be energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative along with a strong customer focus
• Successful team player with an absolute passion for aesthetics
