JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about data and using data to make evidence-based business decisions. This person has strong change management abilities and seeks to use these in conjunction with their analytical skills to develop reports to influence change. They should have a very high level of understanding with regards to excel, managing projects and data relationships. This person will report to the Production Planning Manager.

COMPETENCIES:
Must be an expert in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project software programs

Must have superior knowledge in data relationships and database management

Must understand lean manufacturing and process planning

Must have demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

Strong time-management and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; detail-oriented

Adept at identifying needs or areas of improvement and able to independently create and implement solutions to address these challenges

REQUIRMENTS:
Business degree or management diploma

Two (2) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

6-12 months of project management experience

PREFERRED:
Knowledge of flexographic production equipment

Lean six sigma certifications

SQL and Tableau (or similar program) programing experience
