EPAM Systems are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in Newcastle. We cover a multitude of projects and source for candidates from juniors up to Director level across Engineering and Design for stakeholders from around the world (we employ over 50,000 people and operate in 35 countries)!

What You Have

• Agency or internal recruitment experience within the field of Engineering or Design
• 180 resourcing experience or end-to-end recruitment experience
• An entrepreneurial attitude, you’ll be managing your own day to day and need to prioritize and adapt quickly
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and job boards

Responsibilities

• Direct candidate sourcing across multiple skillsets, levels and location
• Managing candidate process as part of wider scaling plans
• Stakeholder management
