POSITION OVERVIEW

EOS are actively seeking an experienced Global Talent Manager to oversee the Global Recruitment Team, ensuring they are aligned with the EOS business goals.

Reporting to the Head of People, our ideal candidate should have solid experience with TA practices and employee management. You will communicate with key stakeholders across the global business and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering the organisations commercial focus and our company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop sustainable global talent acquisition with hiring plans and strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the recruitment team, determine KPIs and mange weekly and monthly reporting
• Implement and manage an attractive global employee referral program
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts
• Design, plan and execute a selection and recruitment process that is streamlined and accessible in line with our D&I strategy

• Establish and manage all routes to market including career fairs, campus college fairs, and similar events
• Plan and introduce procedures for improving the candidate experience across the global Talent Acquisition function
• Work with the Marketing team to drive employer brand by rolling out talent attraction campaigns throughout the year

Talent Management:

• Support the Head of People with the development of Talent Management
• Design and roll out an attractive and competitive total rewards strategy

• Identify and recommend measures for improving employee engagement and retention
• Perform candidate and employee satisfaction surveys and workshops to identify areas of improvement
• Assist with the development and implementation of a new HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tool – Ceridian
• Manage stakeholder relationships to investigate and determine employee needs
• Plan and introduce procedures for improving the employee offboarding experience
• Identify and roll out a suitable performance management process globally
• Recognise high performing employees and those who need additional support to help enable employees to reach their full potential

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• 3+ years significant leadership experience in people management and recruiting leadership
• Experience in supporting a total rewards strategy

• Demonstrable experience with performance metrics, must be competent in reporting analytical data (Tableau experience preferred)
• Proven track record in either in-house and/or agency recruitment
• A creative mindset, ready to think of and try new things
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team
• Excellent stakeholder communication, strengthening relationships with HR, people managers, and employees across the business

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience working on a global scale preferable but non-essential
• Good awareness of employment and equality legislation
• Experience in leading the development of a competitive total rewards strategy
• CIPD Qualified desired but non-essential
• Experience using Ceridian
