POSITION OVERVIEW

EOS are actively seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the Global Recruitment Team, ensuring they are aligned with the EOS business goals.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, our ideal candidates should have solid experience with TA practices and employee management. You will communicate with key stakeholders across the global business and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering the organisations commercial focus and our company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage stakeholder relationships to investigate and determine employee needs
• Develop a sustainable global talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with the development of Talent Management and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Implement and manage the global employee referral programs
• Develop & implement HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
• Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks in the current recruiting process, provide analysis and improvement strategies.
• Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience across the global TA function
• Identify measures for improving employee retention
• Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team, determine KPIS and mange weekly and monthly reporting
• Establish and manage all routes to market including career and /campus college fairs, and similar events

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills
• Analytical and goal oriented
• Demonstrable experience with performance metrics, must be competent in reporting analytical data using Excel

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience of working on a global scale preferable but non-essential
• CIPD Qualified desired but non-essential
