We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Colleague Journey Team in HR. The main base is Newstead, Nottingham, however we have a hybrid working model meaning there is flexibility to work at home and in the office. This is a part time role of around 25 hours a week on a fixed term contract.
Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12 Month fixed term contract (PT, Job share)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team to deliver our talent strategy on recruitment and selection, both internally and externally.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of on-time recruitment for a specific business area by the delivery of positive candidate experience through internal and external pipeline management. Operating in an effective, efficient manner, coordinating and overseeing all operational activity and contributing to continuous improvement within their defined area.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be working closely within the Talent Acquisition Team alongside other specialists and advisors. You will split your time between supporting internal and external recruitment, end to end. Whilst the role is fast-paced and varied, you will be working within a team which delivers over 2,000 hires per year. We are passionate about having an award-winning candidate experience and continuously look for how this can be improved.
