We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team to deliver our talent strategy on recruitment and selection, both internally and externally.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of on-time recruitment for a specific business area by the delivery of positive candidate experience through internal and external pipeline management. Operating in an effective, efficient manner, coordinating and overseeing all operational activity and contributing to continuous improvement within their defined area.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be working closely within the Talent Acquisition Team alongside other specialists and advisors. You will split your time between supporting internal and external recruitment, end to end. Whilst the role is fast-paced and varied, you will be working within a team which delivers over 2,000 hires per year. We are passionate about having an award-winning candidate experience and continuously look for how this can be improved.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design & implement local resourcing plans, liaising with People Partners and Senior Managers to understand future demand and requirements of the business.
• Responsible for maintaining an excellent candidate journey – communicating with candidates from attraction through to offer, making sure they are excited about a career with E.ON.
• Sourcing candidates using various external recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn to ensure we recruit the best candidate at the lowest cost.
• Plan and manage recruitment campaigns through the defined end-to-end processes but daring to disrupt to deliver the best outcome.
• Manage operational activity of third-party suppliers to ensure adherence to SLA’s.
• Attend relevant recruitment events/webinars.
• Coach and mentor recruiting managers and assessors in best practice assessment techniques.

• Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment coordination in a customer-focussed organisation.
• Previous experience of a ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Proven track record of successful direct sourcing skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexibly and within tight deadlines.
• Excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels to build close working relationships with colleagues and internal & external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently managing own workloads as well as part of a Team.
