KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-NORTHEAST

FUNCTION: Pest Management
LOCATION: Northeast US
JOB TYPE: Permanent
GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Develop and deliver the business growth plans for assigned National/key accounts and main distributors in the territory with a focus to achieve the revenue and profitability targets and Position Envu as a preferred partner in order to maximize long term market share and return from the account.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
◼ Creates strategic business development plans for large Regional / National Pest control companies and Distributors in her/his Territory.
◼ Involve other functions (e.g., Marketing, Supply chain…) to establish strategic long-term relationships with the Key Accounts and Distributors.
◼ Provide Strategic direction and communicate with the regional sales teams to coordinate the pull and the push selling actions.
◼ Delivers accurate forecasts, monthly s, market/account intelligence, and utilize 365 CRM system to communicate complete intelligence and strategic planning of the accounts.
◼ Ensure healthy market inventory by equally motivating sales to distribution and sales out to final customers.
◼ Maximize business performance in the territory by managing topline (sales) and bottom-line (profit) simultaneously.
◼ Making annual purchase programs/agreements with both key accounts and distributors to ensure business and territory to exceed annual sales targets.
◼ Achieve established sales and profit objectives of assigned accounts
◼ Grow overall business by addressing portfolio gaps/opportunities within existing accounts and reaching new accounts by prioritizing opportunities.
◼ Assure that accurate monthly business forecasts are provided to aid in production planning, ensuring product availability when needed by customers.
Contribute to overall business strategy and performance by acting as active member of Extended PMPH
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
◼ BS degree with 10 years successful experience in sales (preferably as Key Account Manager)
◼ Pest Management industry experience is a plus
◼ Apply advanced analytical skills to analyze territory sales data and market information.
◼ Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
◼ Strong ability to listen to customer feedback to satisfy customer needs and turn them into business dev. solutions.
◼ Demonstrate leader capabilities to successfully influence internal stakeholders to deliver required objectives.
◼ Exhibits winning attitude, teamwork, passion, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work in a high paced and ambiguous environment.
◼ Ability and willingness to use modern customer management tools and software, e.g., CRM.
◼ Advanced negotiation skills and strong desire to find win-win solutions.
◼ Good understanding of key financial parameters (profitability, pricing, P/L, costing, etc.)
◼ Able to travel at least 30% of his time within her/his territory.
