Responsibilities:
Organize captivating job descriptions, ensuring our opportunities are showcased to the world through our company website and various job boards.
Be the point person for managing applications and maintaining a streamlined process using our advanced ATS.
Provide timely follow-up to applicants and candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey.
Become the ATS “super user,” leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot issues and offer support to our hiring managers.
Take ownership of tracking applicants and candidates, creating transparency and efficiency at every step.
Collaborate on recruiting-related special projects and s, contributing your valuable insights on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
Employ diverse techniques and technologies, including lists, social media, and networking events, to uncover exceptional talent.
Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our talent acquisition process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar HR role, showcasing your expertise in the field.
Harness your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature to work seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.
Showcase your superior written and verbal communication skills, delivering compelling messages and building strong connections with candidates and team members.
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging its features to optimize recruitment processes.
Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, allowing you to effortlessly prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
Embrace a strong customer service orientation, going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Display impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
Possess an unwavering can-do attitude, demonstrating your determination and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
