Envisage Dental Group Hiring for Recruitment Partner Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a full-time, remote, home based Recruitment Partner to join our growing recruitment team at Envisage Dental Group. We are flexible on your location although an ability to travel to occasional meetings at our head office in Basingstoke or to other regional locations is important. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the recruitment team at the very start of growing our central recruitment function, and a chance for you to play a full role in a small team shaping our recruitment strategy and building our attraction infrastructure.

If you have a minimum of 3 years current recruitment experience either inhouse and/or agency we can offer you the opportunity to get involved with so much more than day to day recruitment (although you will also be responsible for the day to day delivery of a full cycle recruitment service) and as much autonomy in your day to day work as you are comfortable with.

Set up in 2014, and still run by the original founders, we are a privately owned group with a clear focus on the premium provision of high quality private dental services through our group of dental practices across England.

We expect to acquire a considerable number of new practices in the next few months and years to come, reflecting our recent recognition in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as the 51st fastest growing company in Great Britain. Currently, we have 25 mainly private practices (99% private revenue) across England with a double digit pipeline of practices in the process of acquisition.

The opportunity

You’ll be developing a genuinely consultative partnering relationship with our practices, Operations Managers and Heads of Dept, offering expert advice on attraction strategies and the wider talent market whilst delivering high level Clinicians, Dental Nurses, and Practice Managers for our practices, and Operations Managers, Marketing and Finance professionals and everything else for our head office and central teams.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Independently driving the planning, coordination and deliveryof recruitment for all your roles.
• Working closely with the team to further develop tools, programmes and resources to help our practice and hiring managers with “all things recruitment”
• Being a brand ambassador for Envisage, able to sell and flex the Envisage proposition effectively to varying candidate groups to maximise our candidate share in a competitive market
• Making good use of all talent channels including social media to further promote our opportunities and employer brand, creating compelling content for adverts and postings
• Screening prospective candidates via an appropriate telephone/video call, saving time for the Hiring Manager
• Working with the team to scope, source and implement a new recruitment platform

About you

You will be a committed recruitment professional, able to demonstrate a sound track record in recruitment to date. We’d like to hear from confident all-rounders and self-starters; you’ll need to be comfortable with complexity and present with a credible style as you’ll be recruiting high level clinical professionals and managers on the one hand, but also someone agile enough to recruit at a more fast paced level.

An ability to start at short notice or within 6 weeks is advantageous but not essential.
