We don’t require logistics experience, though it is a plus! We are primarily looking for someone who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and communication, and loves the chaos that can involve coordinating logistics! If that’s you, keep reading! What would I be doing?

Set the daily appointment schedule for sales and mitigation team members Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as various needs arise Communicate urgently estimated times of arrivals with other team members Other duties may be assigned What does winning look like?

Able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment Strong multi-tasking and task prioritization skills Able to communicate effectively under pressure (in a fast-paced environment) Problem solving and critical thinking skills Organized and detailed Comfortable using technology and various software What does compensation look like for the role?
