Position Overview:

As a Junior Content Writer at Xeople, you will be responsible for planning and crafting our social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and eventually TikTok. Additionally, you will create engaging blog posts, website copy, and marketing email templates. This role is part-time, ideal for a final-year marketing student who seeks mentorship and growth opportunities, with the potential to transition into a full-time position after one year.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

·      Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

·      Monitor engagement, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

·      Stay updated on social media trends and explore opportunities on emerging platforms like TikTok.

Content Creation:

·      Write compelling blog posts that showcase our expertise and resonate with our target audience.

·      Craft persuasive website copy that aligns with our brand voice and drives conversions.

·      Create engaging marketing email templates to support various campaigns.

Collaboration:

·      Collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Manager to align content with the company’s overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.

·      Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

·      Mentorship and Growth:

·      Receive mentorship from experienced marketing professionals to enhance your skills.

·      Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your content writing and marketing abilities.

Requirements:

·      Final-year marketing student or recent graduate with a strong academic record.

·      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·      Creativity and the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.

·      Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and experience with TikTok is a plus.

·      Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

·      Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

·      Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

·      Ability to commute to our Seaford office location.

The Junior Content Writer will directly to the Senior Brand Manager and work alongside other marketing team members split across our Melbourne and India offices.
