The opportunity
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will manage the key digital channels particularly App, Web, CRM, Social Media, Online Forums and Search Engines in line with the over-arching Marketing strategy.
You will be supported by an established team of CRM, Social and Search specialists and will be required to collaborate closely with the Technology, Operations, Sales and Partnerships teams.
Some of the things you will be involved in:
· Develop strategies aligned with business objectives for each of the key digital channels (CRM, Social, Search)
· Lead digital projects, such as app/web enhancements and CRM projects
· Ensure entire organisation adhere to best practices across all digital channels
· Proactively provide regular updates regarding achievements and progress to management
· Departmental responsibilities:
We are looking for you to bring:
· Tertiary qualifications in a related field
· Prior management experience
· Prior hands-on experience in some/all digital channels this role oversees
· Effective communication
· Attention to detail
· Project management capabilities
