Accounting Associate
Fremont, CA( onsite)
Contract: 12 Month Plus.

• Accurately process all invoices to record revenue in the accounting system of record, ensuring appropriate, documentation, approvals, and program / funding / general ledger coding
• Convert the PO from Nexonia
• Create AR Aging report and reconcile AR with GL
• Provide help Amazon, Docusign, zoom and Credit card administration
• Provide help in vendor set up administrator
• Work with other team to reclassify the expenses as needed
• Maintain Deferred Revenue schedule
• Maintain complete Accounts Receivable files

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration is preferred
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of applicable accounts receivable / general ledger systems and procedures, and chart of accounts
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• Effective organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Professional attitude, an ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• San Ramon, CA 94583: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
