Job Description : The Role :

The Role :

Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the North America 3PL Distribution Centers (DC) , ensuring that safety, quality, cost efficiency and on time delivery goals are attained.

This position effectively drives lean process optimization and leads project initiatives to improve core KPI’s. Additional responsibilities include high – level inventory analysis, key metric ing and SAP system & dashboard process support.

What You’ll Do :

Support s the Logistics team in optimizing the day-to-day operations of the 3 rd party warehouse s / distribution centers within North America.

Support s team members with cycle counting oversight and align S OX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements for Monthly , Quarterly , and Year End ing.

Leads project (s) directed by the logistics management team.

Supports improvement of inventory data and processes to drive E&O and DOH goals.

Key point of contact for maintain ing shared platforms for Entegris logistics procedures and other documents.

Supports quality reviews with the appropriate business and customer facing teams.

Participate s in warehouse startups and provide s operational knowledge for smooth transitions .

Oversees and administers Logistics Work Instructions and Procedures in ETQ and maintains 3PL partner training matri x with division al quality departments.

Lead s cost savings opportunities with 3PL partners & internal stakeholders.

Support s all internal & external Logistics related Quality Notification s and follow up on corrective and preventative actions .

Enforce s adherence to Entegris policies and procedures with 3 rd party service providers .

Maintains a g oal-oriented viewpoint to ensure that the d epartmental targets are reached .

What We Seek :

1 – 2 years of experience in logistics or similar field .

Strong communication skills to aid in leading cross-functional teams, both internal (Entegris) and external (3 rd party partner / customer facing) .

Demonstrates and promotes the capability and willingness to adapt to new, different, and changing requirements and assignments.

The ability to implement sustainable processes with in the organization.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment .

Ability to meet deadlines.

Takes an analytical approach to problem solving.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have :

Experience with Lean process implementation

Computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Office, and Interactive Dashboards )

5 + years of experience in logistics or a similar field
