ENS Security is Looking for Tech Support/Operation Specialist Full Time

We are looking for a Technical Support/Operation Specialist to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, patient, and have strong problem-solving skills. They must also be able to work on-site each day.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide technical assistance to customers via phone or remote access
• Guide customers through troubleshooting process and provide solutions
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions and conferences as assigned
• Test and troubleshoot products, report any issues to the manufacturer
• Maintain records, reports, and suggestions for operational improvement, customer support, and product enhancements
• Support sales team by providing updated information in a timely manner – Manage parts, materials, equipment, tools, and supplies in a responsible manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Comply with company operation policies and rules
• Responsible for daily branch operations and accomplishment of operational goals
• Pick, pack, and ship products
• Identify and locate inventory
• Process sales orders
• Load and unload containers and cargo
• Assist customers with RMA process and follow up with RMA status
• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Functions

• Experience in troubleshooting and installing CCTV systems is preferred, but not mandatory
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers
• Good communication and phone skills, bilingual is preferred
• Able to take multi-task and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Markham, ON L3R 3A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• IP networking: 1 year (preferred)
• Windows: 1 year (preferred)
