ENS Security Hiring for Inside Sales – New Business Development (BB) at Dallas, TX Full Time

ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a focus on developing new business.

The Sales Development Representative should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while bringing in new business each month. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative).

The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote), in the Farmers Branch office. Pay is Hourly wage, Monthly Bonus and uncapped commissions.

Essential functions and duties:

· Seek out and develop new customers, until their first orders are completed. Outreach is performed by phone, email, and at times video conference.

· Distribute and assign their new customers to account managers with the guidance of the manager.

· Inactive customers, those with no activity for over 1 year, are treated as new customers.

Qualifications:

· 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferred in developing new business customers.

· CCTV experience is a plus, but not required.

· Prior experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
