Position Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, a strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, and a passion for connecting great candidates with the right opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a focus on candidate sourcing.
• Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated expertise in using various sourcing methods and tools, including social media platforms, professional networking sites, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and the ability to screen and evaluate candidates based on specific job requirements.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs, and evolving talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and databases to identify potential candidates for contact center positions.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles to assess their suitability for specific contact center roles, considering both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future contact center openings.
• Sourcing Strategy: Assist in the implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, considering industry trends and best practices.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand position requirements, provide regular updates, and align sourcing efforts with business needs.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing platforms.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive talent landscapes, and emerging sourcing tools and techniques.
