Responsibilities:

• Review and accept gas nominations to create documentation for Pipeline Control’s use in ensuring proper receipts and deliveries. Review the reasonableness of shipper nominations based on current and historical gas volumes, while communicating directly with shippers as necessary.
• Maintain nomination and allocation information in specified location (dictated by the asset, utilizing either spreadsheets or gas management software).
• Manage gas nominations for constrained assets, by taking into account contractual, physical, and financial considerations. Work with Commercial teams to decide which shippers will be allocated space when the contractual terms are unspecified.
• Track and imbalances by using nomination and actual flow data to ensure accuracy. Resolve imbalances for shippers during the month by adjusting nominations. Manage OBA imbalances during the month by adjusting the flow to or from the point. Modify amount of imbalance pay back, particularly for cash out imbalances, based on financial considerations
• Create and disseminate s to all levels of management and shippers to keep all parties apprised of imbalances and asset flow profiles.
• After hours and weekend on-call coverage is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an Energy specific field
• 1-3 years oil and gas experience strongly preferred at level 1
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in mathematics and data analysis
