What We’re Looking For…A target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral partner in executing end-to-end recruiting and hiring processes to ensure timely talent acquisition of diverse and highly talented IT, Healthcare, Management, Finance and Corporate professionals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of technical recruiting, sales and/or account management experience required. Government contracting and/or professional services recruitment desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field w/ 2+ years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Must possess excellent writing and listening skills, as well as good judgment in communicating talent acquisition information.
• Must be a resilient self-starter with an ability to work well independently, and embrace rapid change.
• Ability to seek out and develop new relationships, virtually, in-person and in writing.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and requisition management.
• Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and through execution of established processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills using innovative ways to capture and produce talent pipelines.
• Source candidates on social networks and other niche platforms.
• Facilitate the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain detailed communications with managers and candidates to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements.
• Ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
• Proactive tracking of progress and all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
