POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Brand Development and Marketing Execution for Enjoy Better Coffee and its Own brands. The role requires data-driven and strategic brand development mentality, an ability to identify and incubate portfolio growth opportunities, and hands-on experience in creating and executing digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer acquisition, consumer engagement, and annual consumer value.
The candidate MUST HAVE relevant skills and experiences. The DMM will beaccountable for:
1) E-Commerce brand development and content creation,
2) Driving brand awareness, intent, trial, and conversion,
3) New customer acquisition, engagement, and annual value,
4) Creating and Executing Search, Social, and Influencer campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Skills & Experiences
o Brand Builder – strategic framework, style guide, creative guardrails, communication plan, and portfolio development.
o Incubator & Closer – New customer pipeline and conversion, and new communication platforms and points-of-influence.
o Commercially Intuitive – Consumer insights, market trends, abandoned cart, remarketing, and order frequency and value.
o Excellent Operator – Plan & Deliver Targets for lead generation, acquisition, revenue, cost/conversion, budget, EBITDA, etc.
o Entrepreneurial – Results driven, resourceful, detail oriented, active observer, and strong communicator and influencer.
2. Hands-On Expertise (Creator + Doer)
o Digital Marketer – Deep and broad expertise in creating Content, and Search, Social, Engagement and Influencer campaigns.
o Develop Engaging Content – Website, Email, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, videos, user/community generated, and beyond.
o Google & Bing Ads – SEO, PPC, Discover, Shopping, Display, AdWords, YouTube, Tag Manager, Re-targeting, Analytics etc.
o Relevant Social Platforms – Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Earned/Viral impressions etc.
o Data & Tech. Savvy – Performance tracking, analysis, insights, and tools e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Shopify, Adobe etc.
