Job Summary:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and scale a broad range of digital marketing strategies on both existing channels and test into new verticals within the digital landscape (Reddit, TikTok, etc.) to drive ACA member acquisition
• Manage full funnel optimization, from account structuring and media buying to contact rate optimization and LTV/CPA ratios
• Work closely with Enhance’s data analytics team to create real time ing and funnel dashboards within Tableau
• Work closely with graphic designers, UX designers, and writers to create high quality direct response ads across a multitude of platforms
• Create custom targeting strategies across demographics and platforms for a wide range of consumer archetypes
• Constantly review KPIs and launch multi-variate tests to both provide insights and action upon them

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• A demonstrated history of managing or supporting large scale digital acquisition budgets (<$10m/year)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with other ad platforms a plus)

Skills and Abilities

• Strong data and analytical skills are required- this role will be responsible for distilling multiple inputs into tangible outputs
• Moderate to advanced Excel skills are a necessity and experience with Tableau is a plus
• 2-4 years’ experience working on digital acquisition campaigns at either an agency or in-house at a brand is required
• Knowledge of the ACA insurance space is a plus, but not required.
