Enhance Arts Spa and Aesthetics (Yaletown) is located directly across Yaletown-Roundhouse skytrain station. We offer an oasis of peace and tranquility where customers can unwind as well as receive beauty enhancements. We are looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist with 1 year minimum experience for a full-time position. Our growing spa needs an experienced receptionist who can attend to the administrative duties involved with coordinating client and practitioners schedules, build customer rapport and educate clients with product knowledge. We are looking for someone who values hospitality can remain composed when meeting clients.The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down and provide personalized service.

Receptionist responsibilities and duties

• Scheduling Clients
• Running errands
• Stocking supplies
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors
• Sales
• Providing Product Knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service experience of at least 1 year
• Required Language: English (additional languages is a bonus)
• Professional attitude, appearance & willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-managed, requiring minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Flexible availability
