Your Contribution:
As a Project Administrator, you will work in collaboration with the Engineering, Instrumentation & Monitoring Team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.
Perform various project administration duties, including Gantt chart project scheduling, project tracking, and project reports.
Act as a contract administrator for all projects under the Implementation & Monitoring Team, focusing on Demolition projects.
Type and proofread reports, letters, charts, graphs using word processing, spreadsheet, and data management applications.
Coordinate with engineering and demolition staff to streamline and standardized project delivery.
Assist with reports, including coordinating technical group inputs, formatting, proofreading, copying, report collating, and binding.
Assist with quality control progress and milestone reviews and signoffs.
Assist with filing and other administrative duties associated with the project(s).
Work with client and engineering staff to document and handle project issues as they arise and document solutions.
Interact with employees, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, etc.
Consistently maintaining professionalism and objectivity while working with colleagues and clients who require varying degrees of support.
Handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy to maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external contacts.
Your Profile:
Diploma in Construction Management, or Construction Technology. Or a Diploma from a related discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a project administrator.
Individual must have strong written and verbal communication skills and perform detailed analysis in various software programs.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects in a team environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision.
Experience in Gantt chart software, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
Experience and knowledge of demolition and noise and monitoring practices is an asset.
Previous consulting experience is an asset.
Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
