Salary: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Overview
We are looking for an English Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in English Language and Literature. This role is suitable for graduates aspiring to pursue a career in education.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students in English lessons across KS3-KS5
* Deliver targeted literacy intervention sessions (reading, writing, comprehension)
* Assist teachers with planning, marking support, and classroom activities
* Encourage engagement with literature and creative writing
* Provide 1:1 academic support where required
Requirements
* A degree in English, Literature, or a related discipline
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for education and student development
* Ability to build positive relationships with young people
* Previous school experience is advantageous but not essential
