The Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for is a champion of people, is a GO GETTER, has excellent intuition and experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing, along with welcoming new candidates through onboarding process.

The TAS we are seeking will be tenacious, driven, organized, flexible, social media savvy, be able to “sell” our company, and a relationship builder and above all a great person to help build our legacy and brand. The TAS will report to the Talent & Engagement Manager and align closely with leadership company-wide.

• Sourcing
• Screening, high volume
• Interviewing, high volume
• Conduct Orientations
• Onboarding
• Recruiting for hourly Interior and Exterior roles
• Advertising, Social Media

Responsibilities

There is not a “typical” day when recruiting! Every day brings new challenges and rewards!

Will focus on both passive and active candidates and be organized enough to pipeline effectively.

Must be driven to succeed, high volume recruiting, interviewing, screening and filling labor needs in 4 site locations daily, making hiring decisions daily, aligning well with leaders, proactively plan and prepare for future staffing needs, and advertising effectively to obtain optimal results.

Qualifications

2+ years with a proven track record in Recruitment

Bilingual preferred

Organized

Work great under pressure

Flexible and Adaptable

Employment law knowledge

BS Degree preferred, an AS degree or Certificate required

Great positive attitude, required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
