As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) responsible for the accuracy of job postings and in charge of executing the job creation process, you will need a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals at all levels of the organization, and a desire to increase and implement DEI and OFCCP practices as related to ENGIE North America job postings.
This role sits in Houston, Texas and is eligible for a hybrid schedule. You will to the Talent Acquisition Manager and provide support to the HRBP in headcount creation and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to confirm needs, positions, and job postings, and to allow for a smooth and accurate TA process.
