As a key member of our Talent Management team, the Talent Management Analyst will collaborate with team members to assist with development and scaling initiatives for the organization. You will have the opportunity to provide thoughtful insight by identifying and implementing internal and external best practices. In addition, you will have opportunities to work with other business and HR leaders on ongoing initiatives that help improve the effectiveness of the broader HR Team in supporting the goals of ENGIE North America. Work collaboratively and engage with others to support the delivery of leadership development programs, organizational and career development initiatives and talent management solutions that drive career growth and retention across the business. Interact with peers and colleagues in other regions and at ENGIE Group in Paris to share best practices, learn from and contribute to talent successes around the globe.
