As a key member of our Talent Management team, the Talent Management Analyst will collaborate with team members to assist with development and scaling initiatives for the organization. You will have the opportunity to provide thoughtful insight by identifying and implementing internal and external best practices. In addition, you will have opportunities to work with other business and HR leaders on ongoing initiatives that help improve the effectiveness of the broader HR Team in supporting the goals of ENGIE North America. Work collaboratively and engage with others to support the delivery of leadership development programs, organizational and career development initiatives and talent management solutions that drive career growth and retention across the business. Interact with peers and colleagues in other regions and at ENGIE Group in Paris to share best practices, learn from and contribute to talent successes around the globe.

What you’ll do:

• Administrate the Learning Management System (LMS) and any other Talent Management (TM) Systems, running s and preparing data while analyzing trends
• Assist in the implementation of TM programs that aim to attract, measure, develop, and manage ENGIE North America’s talent pool
• Support the building, creating, designing, and strategy assessment to align with human resources, talent management, talent acquisition, and ENGIE goals
• Aid in aligning training or development programs to talent while ensuring organizational goals are met
• Research the latest knowledge about standard concepts, technology, trends, industry best practices and procedures with talent management and talent acquisition
• Leverage tools and technology to provide solutions to solve barriers
• Support Talent Management activities to improve candidate and employee experience
• Be an ambassador for HR, influencing the roadmaps of other groups at ENGIE to address employee needs
• Enjoy interacting with peers and colleagues around the globe, sharing and collaborating on new initiatives and talent development opportunities
• Take ownership for a successful product outcome and anticipate needs across HR functions, system development/IT, HR operations, and production support teams
• Impact exciting change initiatives focusing on strategy and the tactical execution of talent management programs
• Help drive succession and career development planning

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development
• Masters degree preferred
• A minimum of two (2)+ year’s of relevant experience
• Experience in an analytical or ing role is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong project management, planning and organizing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills for talent data ing and analysis
• Proficiency in English – written and verbal

• Salary Range: $51,425-$130,650 annually
• Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors
• In addition to salary, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus and incentive plan
