To provide an efficient dedicated first line support to the Mid and Front-Line management population within HMCTS supporting all on HR policy and practise such as disciplinary, grievance, absence & performance management
What will you deliver?
Manage the creation and maintenance of all HR trackers such as LTS, Disciplinary and Grievance ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Work with the operational teams to review and maintain up to date job descriptions to reflect the professional nature of the business.
Provide advice and guidance on all HR Policies and procedures ensuring they are consistent across the business and that best practice is adhered to.
Build relationships with the operational teams, dealing with day to day HR queries and supporting with any people related matters; team restructuring; absence, performance management and resourcing. Escalate when required .
Provide first line response to general HR queries. And produce accurate reports for the HR Business Partner as required

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Part qualified CIPD member would be an advantage
Track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
Experience in an HRA role or an FM management role
Experience of gathering and presenting data
